Fleeing the war, master distiller Peter Westfall arrived in Manila with his family in 1918 and soon found an opportunity to apply his unique knowledge and experience in a local brewery.
Drawing on centuries-old traditions and techniques, we celebrate Peter’s commitment to excellence and precision with our handcrafted spirits.
The multi-award winning Archipelago Botanical Gin is made from 28 botanicals. 22 of which are collected in the Philippines. These include fresh pomelo, dalandan, calamansi, dayap, mango, benguet pine, sampaguita, ylang ylang and kamia flowers.
I enjoy it with a Schweppes Indian tonic water and an orange zest. A fruity and floral gin dream 🤩
